Over the next few days I am going to lay out some storylines that I believe that are very fun, and could actually work. I will break down how WWE can get there, and why I believe these story lines are best for business.
Over the next few days I will discuss what they should do with KO, the Diva's Division, Brock Lesnar, and Seth Rollins. My first storyline is a Dean Ambrose heel run.
Currently Dean Ambrose is teamed up with Roman Reigns, and are in a heated feud with the Wyatt family. The Internet has talked about when will Roman Reigns finally turn heel, but making Dean Ambrose to Heel is a much better idea.
A major problem with Roman Reigns is he has not had a memorably feud in quite some time. I like the Wyatt family, but this feud has fell flat for me. A way to make Reigns character better though is through a Dean Ambrose Heel turn.
For Ambrose after that great feud with Rollins he has just been stuck in no man's land. The fans love him, but it seems like the writers do not know what to do with this lunatic. A heel turn for Ambrose would shock fans, and can give a nice jolt of surprise to WWE Universe.
How I Get There
At the next pay-per-view you have Dean Ambrose and Roman in some type of match with the Wyatt family to finish the story. During the match have Dean Ambrose rolling, and looking like he will be able to pin one of the Wyatts. Then Roman tags Dean Ambrose's back to come in and finish the job. Well the Wyatt family then turn it around, and will pin Roman and get the win. When its just Dean and Roman in the ring by themselves, Ambrose turns on Roman and beats him up.
This will now set up a great rivalry between Dean and Roman. This feud will not feel force, and give new life to both of these characters. These two will build up the feud and have a few matches at pay-per-views. You will have Roman eventually winning the feud, but this feud will establish Ambrose as a major heel. Win-Win
After this feud is where I have Dean Ambrose taking off with John Cena. Since Cena is the US Champ once again he will bring back the US Open challenge. Dean Ambrose will come out of it, and will beat Cena in stunning and shocking match. This will spark a feud between Ambrose and Cena. John Cena will then use his rematch clause at the next pay-per-view. Ambrose shocks the world twice and beats Cena again. This way Cena can go back to fight for the WWE Heavyweight Title, while getting Ambrose over as a heel.

Interesting. I actually disliked the idea of breaking up The Shield from the start, but I think Ambrose plays a way better heel. As for Reigns, it seems as if he's constantly in the same storyline. Everyone seems to turn on him.
ReplyDeleteEither way, Ambrose, at least to me, would've made a brilliant Wyatt Family member when he first debuted. Harper has "crazy" down to a science as well, so I think Ambrose would just make it nuttier.
