Yesterday on Twitter @MCC612, I was talking about SNL40 the entire night. I was very harsh in my review giving it a C. I went in with very high expectations, this was a show that I love and hold dear to my heart. The first hour I had the biggest grin on my face. When Turd Ferguson came on I was laughing to the point of tears. Then my smile slowly went away. When Melissa McCarthy did her Chis Farley impression I went oh no. Then when Chris Rock gave this great speech about Eddie Murphy and he just came on said thanks, devastated. Then Miley Cyrus played a Paul Simon song, and he was in the building, I was livid. The rest of the show went on and was funny. I watched the show again without all the commercials and it was much better. I will not give the show an A because there was still a little left to desire but I give it a solid B. Thank you SNL for countless memories, and lets hope the show gets better.
